One of the defining founders of our company, its leading leader from the beginning and the chairman of our board of directors.
He obtained his agricultural mechanical engineering degree in 1974 from the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering of the Gödöllő University of Agricultural Sciences, and then worked as a middle manager in several agricultural enterprises.
Since 1977, he has participated in several national investment and development programs as a specialist at KITE, thus his task was to organize, establish and then manage POLYDUCT Rt.
He retired as the chairman of our company in 2015, and has since held the position of chairman of our board of directors.
Tibor Egri

In 1998, he graduated as a certified mechanical engineer from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Miskolc.
After his studies, he immediately started working at POLYDUCT as a product manager. From 2002 to 2004, he held the position of commercial manager of KEVIÉP Kft. He returned to our Company in 2004, where he worked as a sales manager until 2013, and then as a company manager until 2015, he performed the operational management tasks of the company.
Since 2015.05.01., he has been managing POLYDUCT and its subsidiaries as the first manager of POLYDUCT, as CEO.
He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2010.
Tibor Egri

In 1998, he graduated as a certified mechanical engineer from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Miskolc.
After his studies, he immediately started working at POLYDUCT as a product manager. From 2002 to 2004, he held the position of commercial manager of KEVIÉP Kft. He returned to our Company in 2004, where he worked as a sales manager until 2013, and then as a company manager until 2015, he performed the operational management tasks of the company.
Since 2015.05.01., he has been managing POLYDUCT and its subsidiaries as the first manager of POLYDUCT, as CEO.
He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2010.
Magdolna Nóra Fésüs
Board member
In 2000, he graduated as an agricultural engineer from the EU agricultural management program at Szent István University in Gödöllő, and also obtained an English professional translator qualification. In 2005, he received a diploma in economic engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and in 2010, he received an MBA degree from the human resources management program.
He currently works as a senior audit expert at the MVM Group. Between 2016 and 2020, he worked as a director at the Directorate-General for the Audit of European Aid, first at the Directorate for the Control of Rural Development and Fisheries Programs, then at the Directorate for Economic and Operational Affairs. Prior to this, he worked at the State Audit Office from 2011 to 2016, and previously – between 2006 and 2011 – at KPMG Consulting Ltd in auditor and management positions. Before 2006, he worked on EU accession issues as a ministry employee.
He has been a member of our board of directors since 2021.
János Bisztrán
Sales Director
He graduated from the College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation (now the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics of the John Neumann University GAMF). He joined our company in 2003 as a product manager, a position he held until 2010. As a product manager, his main task was to provide technical support to the sales team, as well as to qualify and license products. He also participated in the design of playgrounds and the coordination of their construction.
He held the position of head of the urbanization business unit from 2011, so he was responsible for developing the business unit's strategy and sales until 2017. As the company's sales director from January 2018, he is responsible, among other things, for business development, coordination of the technical development, purchasing and marketing groups, as well as for determining the current sales target numbers and submitting them to the board of directors.
He has been a member of our board of directors since 2017.
János Bisztrán

Attila Nagy
Financial Director
In 2010, he graduated as an economist from the Faculty of Economics of Nyíregyháza College, majoring in business administration and management, and then obtained a certified public accountant qualification from the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors Education Center. He then continued his studies at the University of Debrecen, where he graduated as a certified economist in accounting.
After gaining a few years of experience abroad, he was employed by POLYDUCT in 2015 as an economic analyst, where he mainly performed controlling activities.
István László Rakonczai

In 1977, he graduated from the Faculty of Mining Engineering of the University of Heavy Industry as a mining engineer in the gas industry, in 1985 he graduated from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and in 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Economic Engineering of the University of Miskolc as an engineer economist.
He worked in management positions at several gas industry manufacturers and gas service companies, including MOL Gáz Kft, Zemplén-Abaúj Gázszolgáltató Kft, Főnix Gáz Kft and Fiorentini Hungary Kft, which are part of the MOL Group, and then as managing director at the Gergely 83 Kft, which was spun off from it. Prior to this, he worked at Tigáz Rt and its predecessor state-owned company in several positions, including as Deputy CEO for Services from 1989 and then as Head of Services. Chairman of the Gas and Oil Industry Group of the Hajdú-Bihar County Chamber of Engineers.

Dezsőné Szabó

He has a qualification as a qualified accountant and tax advisor. He has worked for our company since 1993 – first as a financial manager, then as a financial director between 2013 and 2021.
As the financial director of POLYDUCT, his responsibilities included the management and leadership of the economic areas, the continuous assurance of the economic and financial balance of our company, and the preparation of annual financial reports.
His work included bank relations, the fulfillment of current data reporting obligations, the supervision of the accounting information system, and the maintenance of documentary discipline. After that, he worked as the financial manager of Agricool Kft from 2021, and has been employed by the Dr. István László Dobos law firm since 2024.
Our Board of Directors was formed between 2010.09.29. and 2020.05.01. He was a member between 2001 and 2006, and is currently a member of our Supervisory and Audit Committees.
Dr. Pál Zsolt Dorogi

Lawyer, registered internal auditor. Former internal auditor of Paks II. Nuclear Power Plant Zrt., currently head of the Compliance Department.
Between 2012 and 2016, he was an auditor and an auditor's advisor at the State Audit Office. Prior to that, he worked at the Asset Management Center of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice and at Siemens Zrt.
